• 1/3c rolled oats
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ banana

Mix together in a blender or Magic Bullet

Cook as you would regular pancakes on skillet or pan (5min / side)

Serve with 1tbs honey or 1tbs natural nut butter
