I love baked goods like pancakes and french toast, and they don’t have to be bad for you. So I’ve cleaned up my fav breakfast treat – French toast.
1-2 slices bread (I get Silverhills because it’s sprouted grain and high in fiber)
1tbs coconut milk
1c frozen berries
Put eggs, milk vanilla and cinnimon in a flat bottom container and wisk until well mixed. Place bread in mixture and let it soak up the mix. Flip bread over and let soak on other side.
Cooked bread in a non-stick skillet or griddle untill golden brown on both sides.
Cook or microwave berries untill soft. Mash with fork and serve over french toast.
